Plan 5 – Week 21

Feeling good after a lovely 2 hour run today. Happy to ignore leg so long as it doesn’t worsen. Hoping in time it’ll resolve itself. Looking forward to Maverick, no pressure on times, just looking forward to the scenery! I was going to do half marathon,Β  but not stress the timings, just enjoy it…

I’m sure you’ve heard enough from me grumbling over the last 3 months!!!

Well done Anna, a strong week ticked off and glad the leg is behaving itself to some degree. I’ve put in the HHM instead of the 3 hour run. Big fan of this idea to be honest and really pleased to know you’ll be taking part in such a fantastic event. My advice would just be ignore the watch and run to feel, don’t be afraid to push the pace a little, especially towards the end if you are feeling strong. Very best of luck.
