Plan 6 – Week 1

First week into new plan and calf is holding up well, so that’s good.Β  Again I think this plan will be a bit odd with my holiday in the middle of it but let’s see how it goes!

I think I leave decent feedback after each session so unsure what else to put in here!

Fantastic week. Well done Rebecca. If leaving the sessions feedback you don’t need to put too much in here. It’s just good to be able to look back on the training and potentially see any mistakes. For example had we started this 12 weeks ago we might even be able to go back and look to see what caused the calf to flair up. That’s the logic anyway.
