Plan 6 – Week 17

Reasonably good week.Β  Really enjoyed the effort session.Β  The swims and strength were solid.Β  didn’t do parkrun as was volunteering.

Pretty dissappointed in Battle 10k – althouhg not a major disaster, I feel like I should have done better, but on the day the heat and not feeling 100% just got to me.Β  Ah well, onwards and upwards

Looks like you achieved the points I set as the target as I actually removed the easy parkrun on the spreadsheet, you must have read my mind. Good decision to do Rye Ancient Trails, take you time, the longer you’re on your feet, the better preparation it is for the Ultra. Let’s shake off Battle, you’re running better than that, you know it, I know it, better races ahead, hopefully in cooler conditions. Great week Sue.
