Plan 6 – Week 17

Absolutely gutted this week and now session completed just a bit of stretching. It was all I could manage and I really made sure I’ve listened to my body and focused on recovering. I’m still a bit chesty so going to wait another couple of days before running but will start reintroducing S&C

I had my MRI last night so hopefully in another couple of weeks I know if there is anything wrong with my back.

Sometimes there is really not much you can do and loads of the team have been struggling this week to some degree. Sounds like you got the worst of it though, but hopefully coming out the other side now. We’ll get you back on a plan for next Monday, so keep this week nice and easy and just run to feel.
