Irritated by the Parkrun effort. I still need to work on my mental strength. Physically I felt good. Bad positioning early in too.

You’re being too hard on yourself. Quickest parkrun since 2019. That’s awesome. But also nice to know there is the potential to go quicker too. Strides would be best done before Beckley this week, I need to add that onto the dashboard I know. Well done Philippa.
