Plan 6 – Week 7

Really liked the hill sessions this week.  Happily do both the tuesday and Wednesday sessions again.

Might skip park run next week.   Also does it matter if i swap wed to thursday about occasionally ? I am presuming not, but thought i would double check.

A week with a parkrun PB is a thing of beauty. Congratulations on that Matt. So good to see you back running at your best again. Well deserved for the effort sessions you’ve done recently. More than happy if you want to rest up Saturday, that’s always a personal preference the day before a big race. And no worries if you ever wanted to move the Wednesday run to a Thursday either. Appreciate you checking in.
