Plan 6 – Week 7

Really pleased with today. After Rye – Hastings (well Rye to Fairlight), I was concerned but today went wellย  -although could feel the lack of training miles in my legs along the ridge.ย  Calf was aching but no pain

Gives me a lot of confidence of being able to get a HM pb next year.

So pleased for you and really happy Sunday went well as you’ve really had to battle hard in your training plan, to negotiate the troublesome calf. You really deserved that. Sunday’s 10k isn’t a club race, it’s organised by Running & Riding so you have to pay to enter. But it would fit into the plan nicely as a replacement for the parkrun and S&C currently in the schedule.
