Plan 7 – Week 11

Only missed one run but moved it from Sunday 24/08 to Monday 25/08. Also did additional core work.

Lower leg all good, tightness in upper leg not an issue, eased up mostly as the run progressed.

COACH

Glad to hear this week went well and the leg isn’t causing you too much trouble. I’ve added in the parkrun for Saturday which boosts the training pts nicely for the week and gets some speed work in there. I hope the weekend goes well, although likely speak to you before then anyhow.
