Split S&C and doing a 7 minute core daily to improve core strength

It’s hard to tell how things are right now, as soon as I have a firm prognosis on my leg I can really build up again.

Well done Michael. Yeah doing the right thing at the moment until you know exactly what the problem is. But every reason to still be excited ahead of Sunday. Should be a good experience. How are you getting up here out of interest? Drop me a message and would like to know more. Still possible to try and set up a meet with the other 3 team orange members if you wanted, although in a race of that size not sure how easy that will be.
