Plan 7 – Week 12

Tricky time, I feel I could do more but we are coming to the end and with the races and marathon coming now is a good time not to push and get injured. So I’ll happily stick as we are.

That was a recovery week so will have felt light. If you wanted to join the Tuesday evening gang and put some quicker effort in, we can then change the Thursday run to 60 mins easy. That way you feel like you’re pushing that little bit harder. We just need to be careful, because I feel like you’re at the level where the dub 3 is on, but we’ve got this busy race schedule, which has the possibility of leaving you fatigued on race day. Hence why inbetween the training is lighter. But another really strong week.
