It’s all going well. I feel like I am unstoppable right now. I appreciate I can’t keep up with the youngsters anymore but it’s great to see the standard just keeps getting better.

Love that. You look unstoppable as well. Leave this week with me. I’m going to tweak it. Having woken up feeling a bit fragile myself I’m going to make some changes to my own schedule and will line yours up. Let me know as soon as you decide about Sunday. I’m happy if you want to do it, trails won’t be any worse than yesterday. You could always target marathon pace in the first 5k then ease right back up the hills before finishing strongly from the top of Barley Lane.
