Plan 7 – Week 15

From feeling rubbish to feeling great. It’s inevitable that the nerves are going to play a role in these final sessions but I know I’m on top form and the plan has gone spot on.

Great work Paul, have to agree that the plan has gone very well. Now just a case of living the experience, not getting in our heads and working hard in those tough moments. Good idea about track Tuesday. I won’t be there in the morning. Food intake hasn’t been great since Thursday, so need to rest up and start eating properly to hopefully get myself set for Sunday πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ€ž I’m sure I’ll be fine, legs will be well rested at least.
