Loved this week, the ultra of course, expecting a low by the end of the week, but will get through. Night at Bannatynes tomorrow with a swim and massage Wednesday, courtesy of Jake. 😊

Fantastic. Roll on Wednesday. Great to see the boys are recognising your achievements and so nice of Jamie too to come out and support. No doubt offering them inspiration in their own fitness journeys. Longevity is everything, alongside enjoyment of course.
