Plan 7 – Week 8

A positive week with plenty to be pleased with. Thereโ€™s still leg aches and pains, but keeping an eye on it. May be a bit of shuffling next week, but swimming still a possibility, and will likely join Bannatynes soon, to be even easier.

Just over use for me, I think they will settle. Will take it easy.

Left hamstring, right calf niggly at times.

COACH

Pretty impressive the mileage you’ve clocked up this month. You are thrashing me (I just checked on Strava). Bannatynes would be great. Strongly considering it myself (used to be a member and have a spare grand lying around I promised to spend on myself, bonus earnings from my other website). If you do run track in the morning we might need to ditch Saturday, but that could be beneficial for the Beckley 10k. We can work things out as the week progresses.
