Plan 7 – Week 9

I’ve enjoyed this week, and really loving the social running, looking forward to mixing it up with using Bannatynes, but also don’t want to reduce social contact and dog walks. Planning on doing the poppy 1/2 as my weekend long run, at a steady but not race pace. 😊
