Plan 8 – Week 3

Ran out of steam on the 100 minutes easy only doing 80 minutes.

Really pleased to be back on plan and starting to get some discipline and order back into my training. I’m happy with just the one S & C at present as I’m still down on stamina a bit although I do think things are heading in the right direction albeit not at the speed I hoped for but I suspect I should be a little more realistic with expectations sometimes πŸ˜‚

Just aches and stiffness after sessions that I would expect to have.

COACH

Those 20 mins at this stage of the plan are going to make zero difference. But I do think this is where the weekly feedback helps, as I can record that now and potentially make future changes to account for that. On this occasion, given where you’re at with your running, I don’t feel like that is necessary, but it’s good to have going forward. Great to have you back on plan and glad you are enjoying it. Hopefully we can get you back to running at your best in no time.
