COACH NOTES

I honestly think 1 gym session per week for 2-3 weeks to get used to the running again is important. We don’t want you overdoing it the first few weeks of the plan. If you want any input from me again regarding the S&C let me know. Or if you’re happy doing your own thing in the gym that’s fine.

RUNNER FEEDBACK

Didn’t make it to the gym so did an at home session.

COACH FEEDBACK

Is there any risk you’re going too hard on the S&C? I ask that because I think it’s responsible for my own glute issues. I’ve just ramped up S&C in recent weeks and (I can’t get away with this language with most of the team) there have been times this week I’ve been fucked, I mean proper fucked. To the point getting down the stairs hurts. I know my office posture is still abysmal too and needs sorting but I still think the S&C is an issue. I’m going to keep doing but reign it in a touch. I just thought I would share my experiences in case it’s a a similar thing with you.
