Not the time Chris had hoped for, but to go sub 4 in your first official road marathon is a hell of an achievement. So really pleased he held in there when it got tough.
1st week on plan, new PB. Am I the best coach ever? Obviously that’s a joke, but always great when a new runner kicks off their plan in fine style. Well done Matthew.
A fantastic performance from Adam. Now in his 3rd plan he’s stayed patient, worked incredibly hard and now the results are starting to show. I’m so pleased.
A brilliant run for Kevin in his build up to Boston Marathon in the next month or so. Again the consistency in the splits was excellent and a real confidence boost ahead of his trip across the Atlantic.
First week on the Team and Shain smashes out a sub 90 half marathon. A lot more PBs where this one came from. Keep an eye on Shain over the next 6 months, that’s if you can see him going that fast.
The dreaded stitch made this tough for Emily. But she’s a tough cookie and dug deep to bank another new PB. Well deserved for her hard work training for Brighton Trail Marathon in a few weeks time.
Michelle continues to go from strength to strength. Smashing the 2 hour mark which eluded her in October. I know this one meant a lot to Michelle, so I couldn’t be happier.
A really strong run for Lou, who’s main goal in London Landmarks in a few weeks. A PB on the hilly Hastings route has given her a big confidence boosts going forward.
So impressive, just a week after her latest Ultra success, Anna smashed it around the streets of Hastings and absolutely loved the experience. See, road running can be fun 😉
Maria continues to go from strength to strength, whilst she’ll admit this wasn’t her most favourite run of all time, she still came away with a new personal best. Well done Maria.
A great conclusion to Jodie’s latest training plan which has seen PBs across a number of distances. Evidence that hard work and smart training nearly always pay off.
Rebecca has been smashing out the miles in preparation for her first marathon next month and that hard work paid off today with a new PB at 13.1 miles. Brighton, watch out, RR is coming for ya.
Sarah has been working really hard in the build up to Brighton Marathon and got her rewards in Hastings today with a brilliant run and a new half marathon PB.
So pleased to see Ellie get a new PB. She’s been working so hard in the build up to London Marathon. Fantastic running and I can’t wait to watch on the streets of the capital next month.
Emily has been training really hard over the past few months, both at the track, in the gym and on the long runs. So I’m delighted she got the rewards for that hard work with a new parkrun PB.
Some lovely feedback from Maria who ran another fantastic race this weekend. “Soooo happy! Thankyou for all the help and encouragement to get to this I never thought I could run under an hour.”
Such a joy for me to be part of this PB. Lou ran the perfect race, holding back early doors, then digging deep through those tough miles before finishing strongly. A PB of over 16 minutes. I mean who does that?
Karl has been working so hard in training and had a tough run at Brighton a week earlier. I think this is what the term “Bounce Back Ability” was invented for. Really well deserved.
Pre race we hinted at the chance of a PB, despite Brighton Marathon being the main goal. Little did I expect Lucy would pull this one out of the bag. HELL YEAH 💪💪💪
I don’t quite know how Conal keeps producing these amazing runs. Actually, no I do, hard work and consistency. What a few weeks it’s been. Incredible running.
Paul continues to set high goals and continues to achieve them. I love this guy. We all need to be like Paul. What a brilliant performance. I’m over the moon.
A winter of 4am alarm calls was rewarded with a new half marathon PB for Kirsty. One of the most consistent trainers on the team, Kirsty continues to get quicker. Fantastic running!
Wow!! Just Wow. I knew Lou was running well, but a 90 second PB. Incredible. Achieved at the end of 15 consecutive weeks in the 100% club. Excellent work Lou!
A really well executed 10k from Mitch, with the last km, his fastest of the race at 4:35. Just deserved for his consistent attendance at Monday track sessions.
