I’ve had a big sort out in my house so I’ve got a nice new space for S&C when I have to fit it in at home like I did yesterday. I’m feeling my glute a lot the last couple of days (since Sunday) so I’ve been really trying to get some stretching in too.

That’s cool, glad you’ve been able to create some space for your fitness. I can’t shake this glute thing and not sure what the solution is. Feel like I need to get stronger but then I question if it’s the strength work causing the problems. Really hope yours sorts itself soon as I know the frustration you are going through.
