All good. Keeping the weights fairly similar, particularly on the legs given the pains I’ve had previously with my knees. No issues the past few weeks though

Great work Fin. S&C can be a way of just keeping injuries at bay, so we don’t necessarily need to push too hard and keep upping weights. I’ve made that mistake of late and actually had the opposite effect in that too much S&C was causing me niggles, rather than preventing it. So just keep being consistent with these and making the odd tweak from time to time.
