Squat Jumps 2 x 10
Side Plank 2 x 40 Secs
Reverse Lunge & Rotation 2 x 10

COACH NOTES

Entirely up to you when you do these. If you want a different session that’s fine. What you want is just an all round S&C session to compliment the running and ASPT if you attend that session too.
