RUNNER FEEDBACK

Cardio – good, Dead Bugs – the weight makes a difference in my later exercises, Dead Bugs, Plank – last one was tough, Sit ups – comfortable, Seated Row – had to dig in to complete the reps at the end of 3rd set, Lat Pulldown – good, Shoulder Press – harder towards end of 2nd set, Chest Press – okay, Bicep Curls and Tricep Dips – harder towards the end.
