COACH NOTES

A pretty big week of running so I would be inclined to give yourself a little rest with the S&C. I’ve only scheduled in one. If you wanted to do a 2nd that’s fine but perhaps use one to focus on a lighter load and stretching.

I did get into the gym but just focused on upper body and core. Left the legs alone until there is no pain.

Very sensible. Something clearly isn’t right so giving the legs a break is the best approach right now. It’s what I’ve done in the past 7-14 days to help my own glute issues and it seems to work.
