Cardio – good, Farmer’s Walk – harder towards end of 2nd rep, Clam Shells – good, Side Lunges – good, Leg Press – strong, Quadruped Hip Extension – good, Lunges – fair, Kettlebell – getting used to the weight, a lot easier today, Squats – strong, Split Squats – good.
