Really pleased you are going to be doing this. I won’t set any targets for this one as the training has been a bit disjointed. The best advice I can give is don’t be afraid to walk some of the hills, even early in the race. This will conserve energy for later on in the race. If you need a few other walking breaks, give yourself 30s and then go again. That’s always a good strategy to adopt. Very best of luck and enjoy.
