A chance to get some important marathon paced miles in. Should feel relatively comfortable, but also like you are running with good form.

I know there’s not really a goal pace next week, but this session just gets the legs ticking over that bit quicker and elevates the heart rate a little.

I ran 15km on technical trails so it was difficult to follow a pace structure. No knee problems thankfully
