10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

2 Mins Uphill (RPE: 8)
3 Mins Downhill @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Find a gradient not too steep that you can up continuously for 2 mins. Use the downhill as your recovery

My gang will be smashing these out Tuesday evening if you wanted to join us. Grange Avenue. Appreciate if you wanted a tougher hill though as you’d probably get to the top in 2 mins 🙄

Good tough session, not why but I always find sessions harder on a Tuesday. But got it done and managed to hit the same point on the hill for most of the reps. I might move my Wednesday run to Thursday but will decide in the morning.

Absolute quality, smashed it. To hit that pace up the hill is so impressive. Felt like from wear I was watching it was the right effort level, which is great. Pleasure to watch. Awesome running Steve.
