Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Mark has a long run Saturday as we’re heading up to watch the marathon. Perhaps you could join him and incorporate parkrun at the end?

Did want to leave Sue man completely on her own. It was a very small group. Also my knee was such a problem when we started I couldn’t put any weight on it. Not sure what’s up with it

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. Normally any injury will be down to over training or overuse. So it’s just taking a look at what you’ve done perhaps and seeing if we need to cut back slightly, at least until it feels better. Keep an eye on it Lou, but well done here and thanks for supporting Sue.
