Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Getting some decent mileage in here as we get closer to starting the Chester block.

125mins. Felt a little fatigued from yesterday’s effort. Still managed to hold the group at 9min mile pace and finished off solo with a slightly faster pace but keeping the effort level down. Felt good but tired and didn’t let the form drop.
