This should be a really good race for you with your strength on the hills and your endurance. There’s no getting away from how tough it is, and during those really tough moments, just remind yourself of that’s when you really get stronger and fitter, if you keep going when your brain is screaming at you to stop. Don’t worry too much about predicted times and pace, that’s just a rough guess from me. If you can beat it, brilliant, but don’t focus on it too much. Use this as a really good training run.
