LOAD: 25

1 Mile WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
1 Mile @ Marathon Pace (RPE: 4)
1 Mile @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 6)
1 Mile @ 10K Pace (RPE: 7)
1 Mile @ 5K Pace (RPE: 9)

A challenging but rewarding session where you can experience what it feels like to run at different paces.

No point running your quickest run here, 7 days before doing the H2H challenge.

PACE

Well that was a hot one 🥵 Glad I got it done early! Happy with my pacing but the 5k pace mile I did so in a few sections as it included hills and running into the wind (didn’t think it though when I planned the route 🤦🏽‍♀️) so a bit like striding ( makes up for not getting these done on Thursday, sorry coach) plus stopped to talk to a lovely lady who back in her day obviously loved running 😊

I would never have known had you not admitted to that 😂 But appreciate the honesty. I think it’s good sometimes to chat to someone like that and remember one day we’ll be like that, so it’s good to appreciate out fitness levels now and really enjoy our running, because it’s not going to last forever. But really well done Klare.
