1 Mile WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
5 Miles @ 10K Pace (RPE: 7)
1 Mile CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

This is a session you want to do close to your goal race and it’s an opportunity to practice running at your 10k speed.

We want to practice some 10k pace ahead of the Rye in a few weeks time (I’ve put the 10k race for the 1st August to test you).

Did Warm up before Tempo run. Tempo Run could not get going and on the way back the wind was horrible. Cooldown – Supported Alice’s mum Jo to complete the Park Run

No worries Mark. These runs solo can be tough. But you gave it a good go and supported Alice’s mum as well. So a good mornings work all in all.
