A really good marathon training session and a chance to practice your goal pace without exerting too much energy.

If there’s any jet lag or holiday fatigue don’t force this. Let me know and we can just do something a little easier.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

Surprised myself and felt really good for the first 3 reps (there was a toilet stop on my float mile). The last rep however I really had to dig in and the last mile felt super hard. Still all on pace and given the lurgy and holiday I’ll take a session like that. Off for a much needed shower and a nap

Superb work Paul. I like the fact it got progressively harder. Because ultimately if you pace the marathon right it should feel comfortable at the start, but then horrible at the end. So it’s good to get used to that. Good to see you yesterday afternoon as well.
