We’ve not done much 10k work lately so this would be ideal before the Barry Richards next week.

Good pace for the 10k reps and 2 x 5k reps but not quite there yet with the fitness for the final rep. Good to have the likes of Patrick, Clare and Matt B for company

Excellent work Michael. Sorry about the switch up in sessions. Something I’m working hard on is making sure we get the most out of the sessions we do and the change up felt like a better challenge and prep for Barry Richards. 30 mins is a big ask so I wouldn’t worry too much about that last rep! It will come.
