That was a really good session, thanks Simon! Incredibly happy with the splits too, at 4:06, 4:10 and 4:09 for the 6 mins and 3:56, 3:56 and 3:54 for 4 mins!

So glad you enjoyed it and I’m sure you can see the benefits of training with the group. Splits are beautiful, especially those 5k splits at the end of a tough session. I really feel like you’re running at sub 20 level for 5k and sub 42 for 10k. It’s just a matter of getting a bit of fortune with the weather and conditions on race day.
