Forgot to do the feedback for this as I’d messaged you. It went pretty well but didn’t quite hit the target paces on every rep. I think a lot of it now is rebuilding my confidence with running and relaxing a bit to not over think everything

Tough to do it solo and its those small things that can make a difference, but if you’re out there ticking off the sessions then it shows you’re doing really well. Hopefully we’ll see that in the 10k next week. Well done Alice.
