So not the prettiest. No negative talk here….. Got out and did the run 💪🏻 I know I can do better but forgot I had a gig last night! 🫣 and it was “time on feet” (I hate that saying!) Also realised I hate out and back! Really really hate it!!!! 😬

130 mins is fantastic though right? A couple of weeks back you were not able to do this. So this is a really positive run in my books. We’re not looking to be fast here, just consistent and get the time done. We don’t want to push too hard in these runs that we are exhausted for 2 days, then we’d be no good to anyone. So really well done Kirsty.
