I had planned to get to the park, but decided on a solo session to save time and easy on the heart rate. Pace slightly over 5K pace, but my watch had a mind of its own tonight so not entirely sure of pace πŸ˜†. Did ok all considered.

We missed you 😒 But really well done for getting out and completing the session, never easy solo, so I would expect that pace to be a little slower. Your watch keeps giving you some bizarre readings.
