😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Tried to avoid running against the strong wind. It turned out a quite hilly one. Might be good for Rye to Hastings next weekend. I loved the seafront flat way back with wind and the view of the autumn sky and the wild waves.

Sounds idyllic. We really are lucky to have the seafront to run on. Very sensible to get some hills in the route with the Rye to Hastings come up and that will take a less time than this run so you know you have the distance in the legs. Awesome running Manami.
