Went out too fast again so did struggle on the last couple of reps but got it done. Weather was crazy flipping between torrential rain and sunshine!

The weather has been bonkers, why can’t it just train normally rather than be torrential. Really well done here Lou and another good lesson in the pacing. The first few reps of a 10k session will often feel easy as you hold back, but then come the end you’ll be working hard to hit the pace. But really pleased you are now smashing these sessions out.
