A good speed session and a chance to increase pace as the reps get shorter. Work hard and enjoy!

Nice to come back to track after a week off. If possible would rather stick to track on a Monday ๐Ÿ˜Š but know itโ€™s not always possible depending on my schedule

Well done Dan. If you can long run on a Saturday then we can keep track in the plan every Monday. Any week that you don’t race or do 90 mins or less on the Sunday, track will be fine. I’ll always put Monday on the plan if that is the case, like this weekend for example where you only have 60 mins Sunday. Long runs Saturday can be good as you can always include parkrun as well. Well done on this session by the way, looked to be running well and holding a decent pace throughout.
