FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

1km rep felt awful, for some reason. Felt like I had to put more effort than usual for my goal 10km pace, so I’m not sure why that was. 200m reps felt a lot better. Did an extra 20 mins on my warm down, so that I’ve got only 40 mins to do tomorrow morning. Switched the sessions around, as I just didn’t fancy 60 mins easy this evening. Feel like I’m struggling a bit at the moment…could be the clock change, the weather or just a bit tired

Oops. Just one of those things. The pts will also give a good indication of how tough the session is. So something to remember. Still, got out there, ran, and got some fresh air, 20pts banked. Pts = Progress = PBs. My new coaching slogan.
