Another good week with the Winter 5k. It’s a recovery week on the plan so no need to do a long run and other two runs can be nice and light. Hopefully that will leave you fresh for Sunday to run a strong race.

Recovery/rest week so happy with my effort ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think you’re running really well still and nicely set up to take on the Lindsey H2H challenge in a few weeks time. That’s a good focus to have and keep up the great work. Well done Klare. I may have missed your S&C from Wednesday if you were wondering why the pts were low ๐Ÿค”

Have done something to my shoulder (trapped nerve possibly) so took it a little easier tonight but was good to have a catch up with Sue W ๐Ÿ˜Š
Sorry to hear that. Possibly not related at all but I get shoulder pain and put it down to work and using my mouse on the same side 100% of the time, so try and switch it over to give my right shoulder a rest. On the off chance that could be the reason I thought I would mention it. Well done on the circuits class Klare.

Always a great race and seems to create a different atmosphere to parkrun despite being on the same route. Feels more like a race and I’m always amazed at the impressive times that are produced in these Hastings Runners races.

Considering I had a hangover (sorry coach ๐Ÿฅด) I was pleasantly surprised with my effort today ๐Ÿ˜Š Running with Jodie was great and we kept each other going and we definitely had more to give but I didnโ€™t want to PB before my challenge with Lindsey in a couple of weeks ๐Ÿ˜‰
Another strong time and I understand your logic, great to be able to run with Jodie as well and excited to see what time you run in a few weeks to knock Lindsey out of the H2H challenge. Great stuff Klare. I hope Saturday evening was fun too?
