I’m a little wary of the next two weeks efforts as I don’t want you to get injured before you have settled into the plan. That’s happened in the past. So I think doing a quick parkrun this week is the best option for your speedwork. It could be Saturday or Thursday (NYD) if you prefer. Any questions just ask. Happy New Year.

If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
It’s important to keep the easy runs easy. Focus on good running form and low heart rate.
parkrun is the best!!! Every Saturday at 9am. A great opportunity to push our effort levels and run alongside other people. Make sure you get there nice and early for your WU & Strides. I normally aim for 8:15 to give myself plenty of time.
Slowly adding time to your longer runs is the way forward. Keep the effort level down and continue to check in with your form.
