I did ASPT. Great to see some of the Bimblers and chat as we stretch. Adam is very chilled and lets us shape the session to what we need. A great Monday achievement and start to the week.

A great 5k session to improve speed. Don’t got off too quick, so focus on your pace in those first few reps, then you’ll get an idea of how far you can run each rep. From there you can then pick up the pace and cadence for the 1 minute reps.

I really do love Tuesdays. Have I told you this 😝? Repeatedly! Often feels a chore in advance but once I’m there and finished I’m buzzing. That’s why being on plan works for me as it makes me force myself to attend to fulfill my plan. A great session! The prom is my fave and I particularly like these short repeats but I know we can’t do these every week. Was a great session and all contributing to my positive Strava predictions!
PBs are nice, don’t get me wrong, but it’s feedback like this that makes me happier than anything else as a coach. Because I know the difference attending these sort of sessions can have on our well being and mental health. So if I’m making that difference it makes me feel amazing. So thank you Lou and great running here.

Awww I loved this! It was touch and go whether we went due to the heavy heavy rain and I was severely hoping someone would cancel us! But knew Klare and Ben would run whatever and it made me go! It was actually not too wet and I LOVED it. Ran well too to keep up with the speedy three!
Great work Lou!! If you wrap up properly even the worst of the conditions shouldn’t be too bad. Getting the right gear is important. But glad you got it done and had a nice run

Aced that today. Sometimes it’s tough seeing an alarm on a Sunday and getting up when it’s barely light outside but I never regret it. Huge group today. Great route with lots of hills and good practice for HHM. The sun even came out. My Strava tells me I put in very good effort and am improving my training. Consistent – that’s me! Oh and just about managed to tag the week’s strides in at the end as this over ran. It was far too wet to hang about Thursday doing them!
Fantastic work Lou. Great how busy the Sunday runs are. Always nice to get some positive feedback from Strava as well. I appreciate the feedback from you too. It really does help. And allows me to remind you how awesome you are.
