I just wanted to add this so you can leave feedback and let me know how the recovery is going. If you do any foot work I can definitely give you some pts for that as well. Hope the foot starts to feel better with the time off.

Yeah I’ve been guilty of leaving the frozen peas on my leg for a bit too long in recent months ๐ Well done for doing what the physio says. You’d be amazed at how many pay for a physio session but then can’t be bothered to follow the exercises. Coach Simon ๐
