Ignore the points this week, as I know you are taking Sunday easier than a normal half marathon. So the points won’t match up. But we have a decent schedule here. If you are worried about the foot then leave out the efforts and replace that with another easy run. Any issues let me know. Keep up the great work Michelle.

4 Mins @ 5K Pace (RPE: 8)
2 Mins Recovery

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
Ideally you’re looking to match or beat your current 5k pace. This is a really simple but effective session. Working to time rather than distance allows you to do these sessions with runners of different ability. Very best of luck,
So slightly more challenging and time consuming. To save time you can superset some exercises. What does that mean? Well rather than having 60 seconds recovery after your Kettlebell Swings, use that 60 seconds to do the Farmers Walk. And then go back to the Kettlebell Swings again. So you’d alternative 2 exercises and once, then have a short break before doing the same again. It saves as much as 15 mins that you’d otherwise just be standing around. Any issues let me know.
Keep that RPE down. You want to be able to run and chat, speaking of which, joining a group can add to the enjoyment here.

Stick to your goal pace early on and it should feel easy. Dig deep in those final 5km to achieve your goal. The biggest mistake you can make is getting swept along in the early stages and going off too fast.
