COACH SUMMARY

I feel like you are running really well right now and it’s just a case of keep doing what we are doing to maintain that. If we can hang on to your current pace and times as long as possible that age grade score will continue to improve.

So this plan follows a very similar pattern to the last. Why change something if it’s working? Monday will be track nights, and I plan to come along and run most weeks so we get to catch up which is always nice.

Wednesday will be your long run or some marathon paced miles. Either side of that we do the strength work which is very important. Then at the weekends we have a parkrun in the plan.

Consistency is key and that is one of your strengths that week in week out you get the runs done and that’s why you are still running at a very high level.

I’ve included a few different races in the plan but we can always remove them if need be. They are there to give you the best chance of being competitive in the MV70 category.
