The 5 Miler Sunday? Lots of the team running that race and we could easily tweak the schedule to incorporate it. But love the routine you have and smashing out 3 really good sessions, with great people in the first 4 days of the week. You must be feeling good in yourself right now? Keep being awesome. Any problems, shout, quietly. PS. Recovery week, hence the low target, unless you do the 5 miler and we’ll move the recovery week forward 7 days.

Don’t go off too fast as 20 reps is a lot. RPE towards the end of each rep should be a 9 and pace will be towards the lower end or just under your 3k targets. Consistency is the key.
I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)
It’s important to keep the easy runs easy. Focus on good running form and low heart rate.
