The 5 Miler Sunday? Lots of the team running that race and we could easily tweak the schedule to incorporate it. But love the routine you have and smashing out 3 really good sessions, with great people in the first 4 days of the week. You must be feeling good in yourself right now? Keep being awesome. Any problems, shout, quietly. PS. Recovery week, hence the low target, unless you do the 5 miler and we’ll move the recovery week forward 7 days.

Don’t go off too fast as 20 reps is a lot. RPE towards the end of each rep should be a 9 and pace will be towards the lower end or just under your 3k targets. Consistency is the key.

Turned into a great week in the end. A really well executed race. Loving the splits, especially the spring finish. That was the only downside about marshaling, not getting to see the team produce their strong finishes. Really well done Philippa. An excellent time today.
