Long runs are key. Fuel and hydrate well & join a group if you can.

Long run done but my back was in pieces the whole way 😬 I was hoping it would ease when I started like it usually does but not today!! Managed to get a massage booked and she said it was really tight!! Still hurting now but hopefully she’s eased it 🀞
So sorry to hear this. I have on-going back issue and find daily stretching helps. Hopefully the massage did help though and well done for completing the run Klare
